Returns & Exchanges

Because our wreaths are custom-made and handcrafted, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your wreath arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly offer:

 

• A replacement wreath, or
• A refund, depending on the situation.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, materials are already allocated and crafting may have begun.

 

Color & Design Variations

All wreaths are handmade, so slight variations in color, ribbon pattern, or arrangement may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of handmade items and are not considered defects.

 

Shipping Issues

Once shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside of our control. If a package is lost or severely delayed, we will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
