Meet My Furry Friend Bruin: The Best Wreath-Making Supervisor Around

If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes while I’m designing and creating wreaths, let me introduce you to the real boss of the studio—my English Cream Golden Retriever, Bruin. He’s full of love, overflowing with energy, and always ready to “help”… or at least supervise with great enthusiasm.

Bruin is the kind of dog who brings sunshine wherever he goes. With his soft cream coat, gentle eyes, and goofy smile, he has a way of warming up the room before I even plug in my glue gun. Whether I’m fluffing deco mesh, wiring greenery, or trying to wrestle ribbon into the perfect bow, Bruin is right there—usually lying right next to me or on his love sac, nosing a stray piece of ribbon or trying to use the deco mesh as a pillow, mainly watching my every move like it’s the most important job in the world. 

Some days he acts like my creative consultant, tilting his head as if evaluating color choices. Other days he believes he’s the official quality-control officer, giving each wreath a sniff of approval before it goes out the door. And sometimes… well, sometimes he decides it’s break time and drops a toy in my lap. It’s hard to argue with a golden retriever who thinks playtime is essential for productivity.

But beyond his adorable “expertise,” Bruin brings something truly special to my craft—joy. He reminds me to slow down, enjoy the process, and infuse love into everything I make. His happy spirit keeps me inspired, and his companionship makes every wreath a little brighter.
